Amy Mulry Wesolek grew up in North Plainfield, NJ, and has been living in DC for over a decade. She started performing in musicals and choral concerts at the tender age of 8 with her first starring role as Gretel in The Sound of Music.
She went to George Washington University, where she sang with the Troubadours, GW's premier a cappella group. With the Troubadours, Amy performed around the US and in Spain and was a frequent soloist.
Nowadays, Amy rests after surviving her roaring twenties, during which (in no particular order) she got her master's degree, got married, and organized Guerilla Queer Bar DC for five years. She still enjoys being married and going to bars.
